1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to ExaltRide website and mobile application.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Seller" refers to third-party vendors who list and sell products on the Platform.
• "Products" refers to all items listed for sale on the Platform.
• "Services" refers to all services offered through the Platform including but not limited to product sales, installation services, and customer support.

2. Use of the Platform

By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• You will not use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• All information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Products and Services

All products listed on the Platform are sold by third-party sellers. ExaltRide acts as an intermediary platform and:

• Does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products listed.
• Does not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions or images.
• Reserves the right to remove any product listing at our discretion.
• May limit quantities available for purchase.
• Reserves the right to refuse any order.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available).
• Payment must be received in full before order dispatch (except for COD orders).
• We use secure payment gateways to process all transactions.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

• Before dispatch: Full refund will be processed.
• After dispatch: Cancellation may not be possible; return policy will apply upon delivery.
• ExaltRide reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Unauthorized use of any content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExaltRide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ExaltRide, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
